Very nice lip gloss just not that effective

I have tried just about every single lip plumper on the market. This one is very good quality and feels amazing. It is not sticky at all and I love the minty smell to it. The only downside is that it does not plump your lips at all. I mean at ALL. There is absolutely no tingling feeling and I saw no difference in the size of my lips. If you are looking for a really nice lip gloss then definitely buy this but if you are trying to find very effective lip plumper this isn't for you.
