Made me look like a raccoon

I found the formula of this mascara to bleed all over my face. Due to the fact that is smudged without water or sweat, just normal day wear, it made my eye itchy and irritated. Only had it on for a few hours and it looked like my face was a blotchy black mess. Waste of money
