Maxwell House USED to be my favorite coffee. But slowly, over the last few years, I changed my mind. The flavour is OK, and if it is the only brand on sale, I will buy it. But, when you open a fresh bottle or can of coffee, you should be able to smell it! One of my favorite memories is being a little girl and every time my dad opened a new bottle of coffee, he would get me to sniff it. I'm so disappointed that MH changed their coffee. If I walked into a store and my only choice was between Maxwell House and Nescafe, MH would be left on the shelf while I walked out with my Nescafe. It smells heavenly when you open it!

I hate the taste of Maxwell House Coffee. It smells good, but tastes like crap.

The best thing about this coffee is the price. But even a great price can't make up for the slightly ashy taste or the way my stomach feels after drinking it (not good, if you were interested). It's worth a few extra dollars to get something a little better.

I find this coffee bitter with an odd taste.
