I think it was maybe that fact that it was oil free?? But I found it doesn't take my eye makeup off completely.

Didn't find it took my makeup off.. Found I had to rub my eyes a lot and rubbing cause them to irritate

This was an ok product. I've tried better makeup removers. If I was in a rut and needed something right away is buy it, but I think I will stick to the one I've always used.
