this stuff is amazing long wearing, and does not smudge!

I just recently purchased this mascara to try because it was on sale and I had a discount coupon for a maybelline mascara and had tried most of the other ones. It's not my favorite maybelline mascara but I do like it. It does it's job and although sometimes I find it a tad clumpy, I like the applicator brush. I'd buy it again on sale but I think I will continue to find a new favorite.

Good products. Used it for a while and mostly good things to say!

When my mascara finished I went to buy a new one and I was looking for the original Maybelline (pink and green). In the store they told me that Maybelline stopped to produce it and I couldn't find it in the whole country so I decided to try this one... And I got sooo disappointed about it, first of all the smell disgusts me and second, since I have very light eyelashes, after I applied it my lashes looked gray and it doesnt fill at all... and the color is so weak, it doesn't cover well. It looks cheap for me. I gave it to my sister, since she has dark brown eyelashes and it works ok for her.

This mascara really added volume and length to my eyelashes. I have shorter eyelashes and this really worked well on them. I love maybelline they make great products. This is one of the better mascara's I have used.

I got a employee discount from my boyfriend so I think it was around 7 or 8 dollars. This mascara is pretty great, it does pretty much what it promises but I do wish that I didn't buy the waterproof one because most waterproof mascaras are a bitch to take off!! (That's the only thing I don't like about it)
But yeah, the brush is huge which is how it gives you the volume and it doesn't clump unless maybe it's expired...

Well well, well... I must say that i LOVED IT!

1. The brush was easy to manage and i was able to get the corners without looking like a raccoon.

2. It gave me great thick, full lashes all night long and I tested it at a wedding.

3. The price was pretty good, i got it on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for $8.99.

4. It did flake at the end of the night a little bit, but not as much as some others have.

5. It did have a bit of a strong smell at first but i mean when it dries you would never know it smelt at all.

So overall.... I like this product and I would buy it again for sure. I also have sensitive eyes and did not have ANY irritation with this product at all!

I too have a love hate relationship with mascara, many mascaras tend to irritate my eyes and I did not find this with Colossal Volum' Express and I do like the brush, but I did not find it any more volumising than most other mascaras. Like mentioned already, it does have a strong smell to it which isn't very pleasant.

For me, it did live up to its claim of only needing one coat, non clumping and staying in place but was tougher to get off than it says but and takes a while to dry

But overall, it is a great everyday mascara and I keep one in my purse all the time

This mascara does what it says it will do - it plumps lashes, gives you volume, dramatic look - with no clumping on the brush. I found the only thing I didn't like about this product is the scent - it isn't a great one!

Mascara and I have a love-hate relationship, but Maybelline New York The Colossal Volum' Express actually delivers! The wand has not become clumped with product despite many uses, allowing my lashes to get clean, even coverage every time. The Glam Black shade is subtle enough for casual day wear, while drastic enough when matched with night time eye shadows. After testing many department store brands, I can say I am hooked on this wonder tube!
