Great espresso - from a first time espresso drinke

Firstly - I'm not really an espresso drinker. I’ve had the McCafé Premium Medium Dark Roast Ground Coffee so I can only really compare to that out of the McCafé product line.

This is my first time trying these espresso capsules from McCafé, which are only compatible with the Nespresso Original Machines. So if you get them, make sure you have the same machine as they’re not universally usable by all Nespresso machines. The espresso has a nice rich aroma. It smelled nice and was quite smooth. It was a nice espresso – granted, this is also the first time I’ve had an espresso. I felt like it was a similar consistency and kick to a regular cup of coffee, even if I had more than one cup of espresso. (But caffeine also doesn’t affect me and I could drink all day and still take a nap.)

One thing consistent with all McCafe coffee you can buy in stores – they’re always a smooth coffee. The Espresso is the same, and the flavor is consistently rich and satisfying. Would definitely recommend this to an espresso lover.

Perfect coffee for weekend treats

I recently tried the McCafé Medium Roast Espresso capsules, and it’s been a pleasant experience! The balanced flavour, combined with the rich aroma and hints of chocolate and hazelnut, creates a smooth and inviting cup.

While I enjoyed it, I tend to prefer a bolder and stronger brew to kickstart my mornings. However, this medium roast is just right for a more relaxed setting, making it an ideal weekend choice when I want to take my time and savor every sip.

In the coffee world there’s 3 options. Cheap price, cheap taste. Unmanageable price, premium quality and the third option of just getting in the car and driving to your closest location to get your coffee.
I don’t have it in me to wrestle two toddlers into the car without that morning coffee first. The McCafé medium roast pods are not only affordable but I was shocked to have Cafe quality coffee in the comfort of my PJs at home. The notes of chocolate are very strong, and enough caffeine to keep up with my two busy toddlers. I’m loving it!

The flavours are really balanced and I loved how smooth the coffee is. I didn’t add any sugar as I like my coffee black and still loved it. Would certainly buy in bigger packing. I’m a huge coffee fan and I think I’ve added another feather in my list of favourite coffees.

Good medium espresso

I already liked McCafe coffee in store, and was happy to see that these new nespresso pods have the same familiar taste I love. Its a nice medium espresso, not too strong and makes for a great latte. I also appreciate that the pods are compostable.

I recently tried the McCafé
Medium Roast Espresso, and I’ve got to say, I’m impressed! The first thing I noticed was the smoothness – it’s definitely not too harsh, but still full of rich flavor. The taste has this subtle sweetness to it, almost like a hint of chocolate, which I wasn’t expecting.

What I really loved is how easy it was to brew in my favourite machine – the espresso comes out just the way I like it, not too bitter but with enough depth to make it feel like a special treat. It’s the kind of coffee that feels comforting, but also a little indulgent at the same time. Definitely going to make this a regular in my rotation!

This is my first time trying this espresso capsules from mccafe. They are compatible with nespresso original machines. This espresso has a nice rich crema. The scent was amazing, wished you could smell it in the video . It tasted good but says it has chocolate and hazelnut notes to it but only tasted the hazelnut . But overall a really good espresso. They also have a free composting & recycling program for capsules and even the packaging! ♻️

Surprisingly delicious

This review is a part of promotion. I normally buy espresso capsules but was thinking of trying McDonald's. I was surprised by the excellent quality of this coffee and the great taste. Highly recommended!
