Omg, I can not even describe how bad this eyeliner is! First of all it so watery that you can actually see the color, it is supposed to be black, but it's more like water mixed with a hint of black. And because of this type of texture, it gets into every small line on the skin making it impossible to a wing. Just awful!

Great Liquid Eyeliner

I got this eyeliner in my ipsy bag last month and I have never heard of the Mellow brand before. This liquid eyeliner retails for around $16 and I really liked the way its felt tip is designed for application. It makes it really easy to do a thin or thick winged line and the liner doesn't budge all day. It actually is kind of hard to remove with eye make up remover, you will have to put in some effort. The color is very black, doesn't fade, the liner is distributed evenly, and the pen design is easy to use.
