I used to exclusively use the Parissa wax strips and while those are still a favourite of mine, these are just as good, if not better. I have been waxing for a very long time, so my pain tolerance may just be higher than most, but these are practically painless! I enjoy that you don't have to warm them at all, these are just ready to use out of the package, I'm also a big fan of the wipes that come in the package, a lot of at home waxing kits usually have a small bottle of oil, but that can get slightly messy. I have already recommended this to my friends that also wax at home.

I'd never waxed my legs before receiving this from the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was a little nervous to try it out, but I have grown tired of constantly shaving my legs.

I was very pleased to see that it didn't require any heating up, just a firm press to the skin. Plus it comes with wipes to help cool and calm the skin after the waxing, and they really do work great!

The pads are re-usable until they're not sticking to the skin any more. I have very little leg hair and what I do have is fine and thin but I found that one pad did a whole leg and a bit more.

Great around the bikini line too, very easy to use by yourself and no mess. I did my eyebrows too and really enjoyed the results. I found it easiest to cut one of the pads into small pieces as to avoid waxing more than I needed to.

I won't lie, it is not pain free. I don't have a very high pain tolerance but I found that it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I didn't have any skin tearing or removal and the swelling and redness went away fairly quickly.


I will definitely be purchasing this again and will be suggesting it to all my friends who wax. Save the salon trip and payment and pick up these instead!

I do really like these wax strips. They work really well and I think they are very convenient to use at home. I usually stick to shaving as my main form of hair removal but these are a nice alternative for longer lasting hair removal. I would recommend these to anyone looking for wax strips as these do not need to be warmed up and they are easy to use.

Well, I will admit it, I am not a big shaver or waxer. I was blessed with blond leg hair, so it is not so bad!

So in honestly, I probably have not done much to my legs since September, and here we are in March!

I decided to give these babies a try!
I thought that they certainly took a lot of hair off, left my legs smooth and did not hurt or cause redness (and I have sensitive skin).

The only complaint I would have is that I think it was hard to pull them apart. I followed the instructions and I pulled apart real slowly, but I found often there was a lot left on one side and none of the other, no matter how hard I tried.
I will certainly buy again though, I liked the product overall.

I loved that these were 'ready to use' wax strips. They were so much nicer to work with than the ones you have to rub in your hands. They were easy to use and Effective.
I had no wax residue left on my skin when I was done, which was shocking. Other ones I've used have left some behind on my skin. These will definitely be my go to at home wax strips

I was really excited to try these Nair Wax Ready-Strips for Legs and body and see how they compared to other waxes i've used. I appreciate the ease of use and that most of the mess of waxing is taken out but the lack of effectiveness renders them almost useless. These strips did not get rid of all the hair, I would end up using way too many strips with having to do the same area over again. Good concept but not yet ready to be the success they were designed to be.

I really really wanted to like this product. I received it for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and was really excited to see it arrive in the mail.

The goods: the way they designed the strips is extremely convenient. The fact that you don't have to wait for wax to warm or "rub" it to warm it is great. You just peel the strips, slap it on and let it rip.

The bads: I hardly found it effective. I had to go over each spot twice to get all the hair, and by the end of it, it would have been 10 times faster just to shave. Secondly (which might not apply to everyone) I had a major allergic reaction to it. A couple of minutes after using it my legs broke out in hives, so I definitely won't be using it again.

I was one of the lucky ones to get to try this product from Chick Advisor. These Nair wax ready-strips for the legs and body work very well. At first I was nervous to try them because I've tried wax strips in the past and 1) they didn't work and 2) they made my skin very very skin afterwards. However, this isn't the case with the Nair strips. It didn't dry my skin and was in fact quite moisturizing.

I think if you're in the market for wax strips, these are definitely great quality drugstore wax strips to try. Unlike many "ready-to-wax" wax strips, these truly do not require any rubbing, etc. in order heat up the wax. This, in turn, saves time and the hassle of ensuring that there aren't any missing sections of the wax that may be pulled apart on the other side of the strip. With a one-sided strip, I'm able to reuse it about 2-3 times effectively before moving on to a new strip. While waxing isn't my preferred method of hair removal due to ingrown hairs, it did leave the waxed portion hair-less for about a week. This obviously varies by person - since I normally shave, hair tends to grow back faster. I'm sure that someone who normally waxes would notice a slower regrowth period. If you tend to have thick, coarse, stubborn hair that is usually hard to wax, I wouldn't recommend these wax strips. Otherwise, I think they're great to test out.
