My Sleeping Potion!

They sent me loads of travel packages, too!! I’ve been taking Calm for many years now and my overall sleep routine has improved immensely not to mention my health, too. My bone health, my teeth health, my sleep health. I love the taste of all the flavours even the unflavoured! I really like how it fizzes up in the water and when it stops, that's you gulp it down! It start's to relax you, then calms you down and within 10 minutes I'm asleep. I bought the two containers (magnesium with calcium) because they were on sale.

I applied for a sample of Natural Calm plus Calcium and received 5 small packages in the mail. I got original, cherry and raspberry-lemon. All of these are organic as well which is a huge bonus! You can dissolve the contents in hot water, cold water or any juice. I tried it with hot water when I had a cold and it did a terrific job with clearing my sinuses with the raspberry lemon flavour. The flavour is very yummy and doesn't taste artificial at all.

Each serving consists of 179mg of magnesium, 117mg of Calcium, 148mg of vitamin c, 58iu of vitamin d and 148mcg of boron.

I take magnesium for my nervous system issues, helps a lot too calming my nerves, anxiety, restless legs and twitches. I will buy this when my samples run out.
