Works wonders for my hair and nails

Love these vitamins, I have been using them for 6 months now and I have noticed a big difference in my hair and nails. They both seem stronger and less brittle. My nails grow so fast since I have been taking these vitamins. My hair is so soft and I even color my hair.

I've only purchased one bottle of these vitamin gummies, so I'm not sure I can say exactly how effective they are when it comes to long-term effects. However, I did notice a difference in my skin and nails. My skin appeared to look more healthier and my nails were more stronger (not as brittle as they were).

I LOVE Natures bounty hair skin and nails gummies with biotin, I've been using it for years!
I feel that the biotin really helped with nail growth and the strength of my nails. I also loose less hair when I wash or brush it. Natures Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails is delicious and effective! I purchase mine at Costco or Sams Club to get the most bang for my buck! Okay - I am not a huge believer in taking a lot of supplements, I believe in a healthy diet and a short list of supplements if desired. I am 25 years old and I generally take only a few supplements: B12, B6, Folate, and Vitamin D3. That being said, my list just got a little longer thanks to Nature's Bounty. These gummies actually DO make my skin look better, my nails feel stronger and grow longer, and my hair is definitely doing better too. I bought two large containers of these from Costco and I will definitely be buying more when I run out! Just super!

I take this vitamin every day. I need this product to help strengthen my nails. Since I have been taking this I have noticed my nails starting to harden. I will continue with this one.
