These work great

I start these gummies a few weeks ago and I am really enjoying the results they made my hair thicker and it began to grow at a quicker rate than usual. My nails are very brittle and tend to break easily but after taking these they became stronger and less fragile.

I have always had dry brittle hair and I have tried products after products that would tell me that they would hydrate my hair and make it soft and luscious but they were all lies. 1.5 months after I had been taking 2 tummies a day my hair is literally, soft, silky and luxurious and looks 10 years younger. It is also much cheaper to buy them at Costco than any other store!

I have naturally quite thick and fast growing hair, but I did notice that certain parts were starting to thin. I started taking these gummies and I've definitely noticed a difference. They taste great too. Sometimes, Shoppers Drug Mart has a sale on them.

tastey but disappointing

I was skeptical about this. Someone tells you that your hair, skins AND nails all can grow and become healthy just by having two gummies a day, great news right ? Wrong ! Although I enjoyed the taste, I've gone three months with these delicious gummies and have not seen any results toward the better for me. I bought into the hype, but I got a tastey (almost) vitamin out of it!

I like the prodoct I like the facts that it's no pills it's gummies and they are delicious my nails grow faster a little bit haven't notice my hair yet in 2months but I like it

I'm a little over halfway through the bottle and I've noticed a huge change in my nails that are usually very weak and brittle after years of coloring and damaging. They've grown strong and don't break anymore. Not to mention, these gummies taste amazing!

I have been looking for a hair/skin/nails type vitamin for a while, but since I struggle to remember to take vitamins, I decided to be a child again and get this gummy type! I am so glad I did. Not only are they SUPER tasty, but I noticed a difference in the health of my hair and nails within a week. Still waiting for my skin to improve, but I realize that can take some time, and I have stubborn, acne prone skin to begin with. 100% recommend for stronger hair and nails, at the very least!
