Improvement seen.

I started taking this product as my gastrointestinal doctor suggested I take biotin. I am on my second bottle and I am noticing that my nails are growing faster but not stronger or thicker as hoped for. So far I can not say that I have noticed a change in my hair but my who,e system is wildly out of whack so I will remain faithful and see how it progresses from here.

I used these gummies after hearing about them from a friend. I was only on my first bottle and noticed my hair was thickening and growing. I had not one, but two people ask if I was wearing extensions. My hair looked so beautiful and healthy. They also made my nails really strong and stopped my acrylics from snapping off so quickly!! I didn't notice much of a difference in my skin but they are worth a try especially at the amazing price.

Makes taking vitamins fun and trendy.. surprisingly well flavoured as well. I have been using for about three weeks now and have started to notice stronger nails and healthier skin and hair. I am excited to see what else in the next weeks to come.

These vitamins taste great and leave no after taste. You do have to take 2 but when they taste good, it is not a problem. They are available in different sizes and are easy to find in most stores

A friend had recommended this product for me. I've only used one bottle of the gummies They are tasty but I didn't notice a difference at all when I took these. I would not buy these again.

You will see results with your hair and nails. I didnt see a result with my skin much but oh well. My hair is so much stronger and my nails have grown so long and strong! I used to bite my nails and after taking 2 daily I have really noticed a difference.

Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies

I bought mine from walmart great value I think I paid $13.97. I did find that my nails started to grow which I had a hard time doing before. I didn't finish the bottle as I found the gummies got a little hard after awhile not sure if I closed the container properly. I would definitely try again
