First time I used it cause I’m sick

Got to use this for the first time today. For a sinus infection and let me tell you it was interesting! A lil scary at first of the thought of water going up my nose! But wasn’t that bad and feel my nose cleared up. It says to tilt you head to the side and pour the water Solution in one nostril and the water service and will come out of the other nostril. And the most important was to make sure to open ur mouth so nothing goes in your mouth or down your throat. Even though I opened my mouth a little bit still went to my throat I just had to stop and spit it out. But over all it was good and refreshing. I have to do it twice a day please other strays but I really like this neti pot!

My family and I recently have been going through a cold loop and have had horribly stuffy noses that wont clear. I hate not being able to breath well at night so my mom recommended the neti pot and I haven't been able to get through a cold without it. Even with our allergies and stubborn noses it helps clean it out every time. I love being in the ocean so the salt doesn't bother me, but my mother in law uses just warm water and it still works great.

I had one of these neti pots a few years ago. and after getting over the discomfort of water going into your sinuses, it really did work. Unfortunately I dropped it a while after buying it and it broke.

I suffer with sinus issues and decided to give the NeilMed NasFlo Neti Pot a try. I'm really glad I did. This is so easy to use. Just get everything mixed and you are ready to go. Love how it unclogs the nasal passages and flows right through cleaning the passages. Not irritating to the nose and doesn't leave any bad chemicals behind as it cleans out your nasal passage. I would rather use this instead of using a bunch of drops to try to clear my nose..

I've had to use a Neti Pot for allergy and sinus issues. It was so weird learning how to use it. It freaked me out when it started flowing out my other nostril. It does help.

If you have sinus problems and cant take medicine or are getting stuffed up all the time this thing is great. OK its kind of gross and a bit messy but it works. When your pregnant and cant take medicine its the best alternative and when you're desperate this works.

This is so helpful if you suffer with sinus infections, also great for the winter months when you get a cold.I do prefer the bottle sinus rinse from neilmed as its more powerful. There are packages of salt/soda mixture that you put into your neti pot and add water. Its also very easy to make your own solution.
    1 cup warm water
    ½ teaspoon non-iodized sea salt
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    (Double for both nostrils.)
You can also add a bit of glycerin for moisture.I also add a few drops of rosemary/eucalyptus oil.Mix this up in your neti pot.Tip your head to the side and pour slowly the solution through the nostril the solution will come out the other nostril.I always feel like I have a stuffy nose for about one hour afterwards but it really reliefs my sinuses. Also dont bend over to quickly afterwards or all this liquid comes out of your nose!

I have seasonal allergies - and I have 4 cats! - so my sinuses get stuffy, causing me sinus headaches. I saw Dr. Oz recommending neti pots on his show one time, and thought it might be helpful in giving me some relief for my sinuses. Neil Med often has free offers, so I got a free Neti Pot in the mail (they are about $20 to buy) and after trying out the samples, I bought a package of the saline solution.
It takes a little getting used to. If I don't bend forward far enough, I get solution in my mouth, which won't cause harm, but is unpleasant. I also sometimes get a slight stinging sensation, like when you get water up your nose in a swimming pool. But it's not difficult to use once you get used to it, and doesn't take long.
It does help to make my sinuses somewhat less congested. That's about as glowing as I can get. I'll keep using it because it helps, but I can't say that it's solved all of my sinus problems forever. :-)
