i am diabetic so drinking juice is a no no but water enhancers help alot and out of all the enhancers i have tried so far the nesfruta tastes just like juice I love these. I don't like drinking plain water so I just add a few drops to a bottle of water and tastes great you can put a little more or less to suit your taste. and it also helps curb my craving to want to drink juice or have something too sweet the price needs to be a bit better sometimes ranging from $3.45-$4.99 just for one, the orange peach mango tastes almost like a fruit smoothie so its a treat for me that wont cause my sugar levels to get out of hand.
