Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover is my go to makeup remover. I had in the past purchased a big name high-end brand version and I find that Neutrogena`s version is as effective and more affordable. I like that it is gentle and easy on my skin.

It removed my make-up effectively and did make my face feel oily!

It gets rid of even the most stubborn eye makeup. It's sold at a decent price, and is high quality.

I can't find an eye makeup remover that leaves my eyes feeling clean and when I wake-up, without residual makeup. The closest I have come is this product. My eyes are a little slick afterwards but a pat with a dry cotton pad takes that away. Unfortunately, I still find in the morning that I have a bit of racoon eyes happening.

Pros:
- price is only around ~$9.00cad
- easy to get a hold of from your local grocery store or walmart
- works like the lancome and other two layer removers
Cons:
- don't like the smell
- still need to rub a bit to remove the water proof mascara and eyeliner because if you soak on your eye with the product it's kind of a waste
- leaves gunky residue in my eyes the day afterwards.
I won't be purchasing this again.

This eye make up remover was one of the very first ones I bought. I don't remember any complaints using it. Not oily, nor stings. Gets the job done ! your skin doesn't feel dry after.

This is the best eye-makeup remover I've ever tried. It doesn't take a lot of product, and it really does a great job of breaking down my mascara (which is my biggest concern). I don't have to tug or pull on my eyes, and I don't lose lashes. It doesn't burn or irritate my eyes, either. It still leaves behind a sort of greasy film, despite being oil free, but it's nothing that a little warm water doesn't wash away. Love this stuff!

I've been using this eye makeup remover for a very long time.
Despite the name, "oil free", I find a slight residue after using this, so I usually go over it with a cleanser.
Other than that, it works great, inexpensive and doesn't have a smell. If I use my Dejavu Fiberwig mascara, I just have to hold the cotton pad on a bit longer or just use water to remove.
I can't even remember how many bottles I've gone through.

Pretty good eye makeup remover. It takes off waterproof mascara easily and doesn't smudge the makeup around my eye. It also doesn't irritate my eyes when I'm getting eyeliner off my tightline and waterline. It does leave a residue but it doesn't bother me because I generally wash the rest of my face after getting off the eye makeup.
