Neutrogenas oil free eye make up remover is by far the best eye make up remover I've used! There's no oily film left on your skin afterwards, it doesn't rip out your eyelashes, it's a nice clean cleanser and gentle on your eyes. This is my regular eye make up remover and it never disapoints!! Defintly a awesome but for a reasonable price, I would recommend everyone this product!

This is a pretty good makeup remover. It is definitely not gross and oily like the other oil-free ones that I've tried. The makeup comes right off with this product. It is definitely worth the money.

This is the ONLY eye makeup remover I use. I stock up on this when it goes on sale.
It has no odor, it has a gentle formula that doesn't burn your eyes. It leaves a tiny bit of oil that helps keep your skin moisturizes. It does a fantastic job and cleans off all the makeup. I use it with a cotton pad and usually wet the pad a bit first.

This is the only eye makeup remover I have been using for more than 5 years. I wear mostly waterproof eye makeup and this remover wipes it off effortlessly. No tugging of the eye area. I even use a little just to lightly wipe my face of any makeup before washing. With it being such an oily consistency, it has never caused me to break out. Definitely recommend!

HG makeup remover. This stuff is amazing!! I wear a lot of eye makeup sometimes and this product never fails to remove every last trace of my makeup. It takes off mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, primer, concealer, bronzer, blush and powder with
absolutely no issues. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all. After I'm done using it on my eyes and face, I rinse with warm water and then proceed to cleanse and then moisturize. Can't complain at all. This product is very reasonably priced and it does the trick!! Love it!

I am currently using this to remove my eye make up and so far I'm liking it. It does the job and even removes my waterproof mascara. It can feel a bit oily but it is suppose to be oily-free that's the only down side other than that it's good and affordable.

I have used this eye makeup remover in both the instant wipes and the liquid formula and love, love, love it! This is the only makeup remover I have found that takes off my waterproof mascara without scrubbing. The only criticism I have is that the liquid formula does leave a bit of a film on the skin after use, so cleansing is definitely recommended afterward; the wipes are better for a grab and go application. This is a product that I have repurchased many times over and will continue to do so.

I like how this product effectively and easily removes eye makeup safely. But I found the exact same thing from Equate that is less expensive, so I've switched brands.

This is my favorite liquid makeup remover. It's the best at removing mascara! This stuff is gentle and effective. I've dried house versions of this makeup remover but nothing compares. All generic brands seem to irritate my eyes, but Neutrogena's doesn't. It only takes a little bit to remove all your eye makeup - waterproof and all. It claims that there's "no oily residue" but I disagree. Other than that, this stuff rocks!
