Its a great shoe for running, but modest in design.

This is a great shoe and fits so well..when I first put them on it felt like I was born in them..I worn them the entire day without any issues..these shoes are great for my senior exercise class..doesn't seem to weigh my feet or legs down..I feel the inside cushion supports my feet when I walk..the color is what I consider a real blue and not a navy..I
