I found the smell of this product t be strong but certainly effective. It left my hair very silky and smooth! I did find after the first use my hair was tangle-y, but after the second and third use my hair "got used to it". I found it to be somewhat expensive but I would consider it to be a salon brand and therefore expect high end pricing.

I will not go back to any other brand but Nexus restoring shampoo and conditioner . and the price is great!!
