Lips feel dry after

It's nice that SPF is included, but I find that it's not very effective as a lip balm. It only moisturizes temporarily. My lips tend to feel dry afterwards. It's cheap though.

Nivea Lip Care SPF 30 is an average lip balm that contains SPF. Although the formulation is light weight and breathable I find I constantly have to reapply the product as my lips do not feel moisturized from the product. It feels more like a protectant that an actual moisturizer.
