THE Best Make-Up Remover!

This is literally the best make-up remover I have ever used. I wear heavily eye-lined eyes and pencilled in brows with thick mascara on my lashes, and it all comes off with one wipe of this soaked on a cotton pad. Leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. Definitely recommend.
