So I have only been taking this cod liver oil for about a week but it's great stuff! The initial texture is kind of weird but you get used to it quickly. It also has a pleasant orange flavor, nothing too strong. Doesn't taste fishy at all which is a huge bonus because I don't think I could stomach it if it did. The only bad this about it is the price, its pretty expensive for the amount you get, but then again the recommended daily does is only 1 tsp. Overall I would recommend this over cod liver oil pills, the liquid is supposed to be more effective as well.
