These Vitamin B12 tablets by NOW help maintain good health. It increases the production of red blood cells. I usually prefer chewable vitamins than pills as some of them a too big to swallow. And these ones are chewable. Bravo!

I’ve been taking vitamins and supplements for as long as I remember and these B-12 pills are by far my favourite out of all the ones i’ve tried! I feel these working for me and I love them!!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. The first thing that happened is I made sure I can proceed with the B12 vitamin because he knows my health history. After I was cleared I was all good to go! The energy creeps up on you, you don’t even notice until 20 minutes later your body gets this jolt of energy. I work long hours so I’m usually too tired to do my chores or an activity. This helped me feel alert and I like the fact that it’s a jolt of energy without caffeine. I’ve seen this at the drugstore so I’m glad it seems accessible in my area. I will keep repurchasing.

Daily Vitamin

I have never heard of this brand of vitamins before so I was excited to get to try them. The overall texture was a little more chalky than I would have liked but the flavour, a hint of fruit punch, kind of makes up for it. I know that vitamin B-12 is an important vitamin for overall health and metabolism so having this in my routine has been an increased bonus. I especially love that the packaging is all recyclable.

I didn’t love these, not a fan of chewable tablets

I didn’t find these to be effective for me. I do regularly take supplements so I was excited to add them to my routine.

They were very sweet. I didn’t like the fact they are chewable and you have to dissolve them on the tongue. I prefer to swallow my pills.

I definitely think there are benefits to taking b-13, because it supports your overall health, I just haven’t noticed the effects of it (yet). I’ll continue to use but I wouldn’t repurchase.
