I gave it a 4 star only because if you do chew them, I find they can get stuck in your molars. You can also hold them in your mouth until the dissolve making it easy to consume the nutrients you need. They tasted good too!

I take Vitamin B12 daily, and this formulation is great. Doesn’t leave a paste or chalky feel in the mouth after chewing. I would repurchase at a higher dosage, as prescribed by my GP

I didn’t know I needed folic acid in my life. It is chewable???? I wasn’t expecting that. It is super convenient eg it can go in my bag, doesn’t take up too much space on my drawer. Most importantly, it is NOT bitter

Easy to remember to take

I always forget to take pills but never candy and its like eating candy. I keep it in my work bag you just need to take it on an empty stomach. i also read this brand is one of the cleanest on the market so i'll stick to this brand for other things as well

Yummy way to take your vitamins

I love that the majority of their vitamins and supplements are made and packaged in Guelph. This B-12 that I have been taking is great because it's 1000 mcg of B12 and 100 mcg of folic acid. They are chewable and have a strawberry flavour to them. I also like that there are 100 tablets in this because I always am annoyed to find a huge bottle and only 20 tablets inside. These are high quality and I have been buying more from their brand because of trying these.
