Vitamin b12 is reported to have lots of benefits including better hair and skin, more energy and better memory. I am not usually a person who takes supplements and I prefer to get my necessary vitamins from my diet but these felt effective.

The B12 I from NOW are good. I can definitely take daily it only one improvement surely the taste can be improved a bit. These can be made more chewy and flavourful.

I've used NOW supplements in the past and have always had a great experience with them. I knew I would have the same experience with these B-12 vitamins. I can't speak to if this specific supplement works, as I don't feel any different but I do like that it's chewable as I generally have issues swallowing pills. Overall a great supplement choice!
