Convenient and tasty.

This was my first time trying non-gummy chewable supplements. The great things about non-gummy supplements is that the dosage is precise and consistent. The flavour of the Now B-12 tablets is sweet but subtle. It’s not chalky and convenient to take daily. I haven’t seen an obvious effect yet, but that takes time and consistency.

Great addition of folic acid

I like how this vitamin b-12 supplement also has the add on of 100mcg folic acid! In a lozenge form and natural fruit flavoured, it definitely is easier to eat as well.

This is the first chewable vitamin I’ve had since I was a child and I have to say it’s very tasty! I think this is a convenient way to get your supplements in as you don’t need to worry about having a glass of water nearby to swallow a pill. The flavor was good and I like that it’s the methylated form of B12 which is supposed to be more bio available for absorption.

Ce produit est ok. Les comprimés sont croquable ou on peux les avaler. J'ai décider de les avaler car le gout n'est pas fameux. C'est très crayeux. Je les prend depuis maintenant plus d'une semaine et je n'ai pas remarqué de changement
