A great omega 3

I use omega in my daily vitamin and this is a Canadian made one and love that i am now using this one in place of my old omega 3 that i have used before.

Great for overall health !

great supplement

I actually did find that this soft gel was a bit easier to ingest than other omega-3s I've tried. Since the Omega-3 are usually so large, I'm always struggling to take them. the soft gel didn't leave me feeling like there was something stuck in my throat so I did find it good. However, I'm not sure I'd reach for it over another omega-3.

Large size, but easier on the tummy!

Good

I've been taking the NOW Ultra Omega-3 supplements for a few weeks now. I'll take them after breakfast. They are easy to swallow and has no aftertaste.

Got all I need

As per the label the product consist of good ingredients that are necessary for the brain which helps lower the risk of dementia and for mom that had epidurals - my mombrain needs a boost. Also helps with our eyes. I have tried this for couple of days already and it doesn’t have the fishy taste. Though the gel tablet is a bit big. Looking forward to a positive effect as I’m taking this everyday.

Waiting to see

I’m a 40-year-old woman dealing with early onset perimenopause, so I was very excited to try NOW Ultra Omega-3 to help with the brain fog and general cognitive function that comes with this stage. At first glance, the EPA/DHA levels looked good and I like that the bottle is made from recycled plastic.

A big plus for me is that I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste or "burps," which has made trying Omega-3s really off-putting. The enteric coating seems to do its job making them easy on the stomach.

I gave the product 4 stars because I’ve only been taking these for a short time, and I know supplements like this usually take about 2 to 3 months of consistent use to really show results for brain health. I can't say I've felt a massive shift yet, but they are easy to take and don't cause any discomfort, so I’m planning to stick with them to see how they perform.
