Not for me

The quality of the supplement seems good, and the softgels are easy enough to take, but personally I haven’t noticed any significant changes or benefits since starting them. I know omega-3 supplements can take time and may work differently for everyone, but so far I haven’t seen improvements in things like inflammation, pain, or overall wellbeing. Not a bad product, just not one I’ve personally noticed results from yet.

NOW Foods Ultra Omega-3

I’ve recently started using these omega-3 softgels, and they’ve been easy to add to my daily routine. The capsules are simple to take and don’t have a strong fishy smell, which is a plus.
It’s still early to notice any real effects, since supplements usually take time. Overall, they seem like a standard omega-3 option, and I’ll have a better idea of the benefits with continued use.
As with any supplement, it’s always best to consult a doctor before use.

Don’t need

I didn’t feel any health benefits of this omega 3 supplement. Typically I eat a well balanced diet and don’t consume many supplements. Maybe better for someone who needs added omega 3 in their weekly diet

Good quality, but results weren’t very noticeable

This omega-3 supplement seems to be of good quality for me and is easy to incorporate into a daily routine. However, over the period of use, the effects were not very noticeable. While it may still provide general health benefits, there wasn’t a clear or significant difference observed in areas like joint comfort or overall well-being.

It didn’t taste bad!!

Every vitamin I’ve taken like this almost always has that gross aftertaste of fish. Ewww… I remember that was too vividly from when I was a kid. This surprisingly left absolutely NO aftertaste, and I felt as though I didn’t take anything. Which is a win. Normally I would get an upset stomach, but with these I didn’t
In such a short time using it, I find it difficult to review the effectiveness of the product, so I rather not comment as I don’t know the true long term effects as of now.

Great product but too large

I think this is a great product but I have issues swallowing pills and these are the largest I’ve ever tried to swallow. They could be a bit smaller but otherwise they’re great!

Havent really seen results yet.

I tried this with meal and it did help a bit with the fishy taste a big. The pills are actually really big so it was kinda hard to get it down unless i take a huge gulp of water. overall need to use longer before i can make a decision.
