Soft gel Omega 3s

These soft gel omega-3s are gentle on the stomach and provide a great amount of omegas to support heart health and brain function. I found the soft gels a little too large for my liking as I have trouble swallowing pills. They do not have any fishy aftertaste though which is a plus. It can be hard to get enough DHA and EPA but with NOW Ultra Omega-3s its easy to do.

No Taste Omega 3

Now that I am getting older I am more aware of nutrients my body needs and sometimes we need a supplement to help hit that goal. I liked how these have no taste to them. Some times supplements have a weird taste or coating and that was not the case for these. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the pill size is on the larger side so not the easiest to swallow.

I’ve been taking NOW Ultra Omega-3 for a while and love how it supports my overall wellness. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I feel a noticeable boost in energy and heart health. Definitely a staple in my daily routine!

No weird aftertaste

This is super easy to take! There is no fish smell or weird aftertaste. I love the soft gel coat form to make it easy to digest. There is no side effect noticed. It is hard to tell about the effectiveness in supporting brain and eye health, but I am happy to continue the reception.

Good overall supplement for omega-3s

Overall a great and absolutely no -fishy way to get omega-3s daily. The only thing I wish could change is the size of the capsule as it is very big and for some it may be difficult to swallow or take comfortably.

Support heart health & brain function!

I have never tried Omega-3 vitamins, but they are said to support heart health, brain function and healthy development of the brain eyes and nerves in children and adults. The capsules are HUGE, but there is no fishy aftertaste, so I am excited to see how they make me feel after taking them regularly. These are available in Health Food store in Canada and health food retailers online.

I received these products for free for my honest review and I’m glad I did, because I will definitely purchasing from these companies again.

As I’m aging, I’m more self conscious about heart health and brain function. I’m excited to add this to my routine and can’t wait to see the benefits it will provide.

Great Canadian made Omega - 3

Excited to try out Now Ultra Omega - 3 1000mg a Canadian made supplement. I really like how easy this pills were to take, thy don’t get stuck on my throat and I like that there is no fishy aftertaste. They contain 250mg DHA and 500mg EPA, I have only been taking them for a few days but hoping they help with brain and heart health. The only thing I didn’t like was the dosage instructions, it indicates to take 2 softgels, 1-2 times daily with meals. I don’t think I would take 4 Omega 3 pills a day, cause that’s a lot of pills to take. Other than that an excellent product that’s easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

Now ultra Omega - 3

I got the opportunity to try these Now ultra omega - 3 supplements it the shop Canadian brands program. Finding a good and well balanced omega supplement isn’t as easy as you’d hope. These ones are Canadian and packaged in Ontario. They are on the larger side for a supplement, so they aren’t super easy with my thyroid issues. However they don’t really taste like anything, and don’t give you a fishy after taste, and the occasional stomach upset that I’ve found others do.
