No fishy aftertaste!
These soft gels were so easy to take, there was no issue swallowing them at all. One of the best things about this omega 3 is there is no fishy after taste like a lot of other brands! And the cherry on top it is a Canadian company!
Easy to take!
I've been taking these daily for my brain and overall health since I received them. I love that they have no fishy aftertaste cause I have ptsd when back in the day I took an omega 3 and the pill broke and it was so fishy haha but these pills are great, not too big and go down super easy. I haven't been taking them long enough to see a difference so I can't speak to that but I'm excited to keep taking these to see if they have longterm effects!

I struggle with the fishy smell and taste of usual omegas and honestly avoid them usually lol, but when I tried these I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't noticed any benefits yet because it's only been a couple days but I am excited to see
Easy to take
My fiance was just prescribed Omega 3 supplements so he has been taking these religiously the past few weeks. They're so easy to take and don't have a strong flavour in comparison with taking it in oil form.
