My new go to
As someone who likes to take care of their health I was excited to try these and very pleasantly impressed with them NOT having any fishy aftertaste. I would definitely purchase.
Great for heart, eye, brain and more.
This is a great 3 fish oil for helping to support heart, eye, brain and more in adults and kids over the age of 6. What I love about these capsules is that you get to completely avoid the fishy aftertaste and stomach discomfort from traditional fish oils. They are easy to take too.
No fishy taste
what I really liked in this is that I don't really feel the fishy smell. I don't have that fishy aftertaste after taking it, which is a big deal for me. The good thing is that it's a soft gel, so it's kind of easy to swallow even if the pills are a little bit big.
The only problem for me is that the bottle doesn't have a child lock. Since I have a busy life at home with my 1-year-old baby, that's one of the cons for me. I have to be really careful where I keep it.
Ultra Omega 3
I added these Omega 3s to my daily supplements! Such an easy way to add to your daily intake. My only thing is that the pills are quite large so it may be difficult for some people to swallow. Otherwise, no complaints and I will purchase these in the future!
Works!!
I recently started taking Ultra Omega-3 by NOW, and I'm pretty impressed so far. I've heard a lot about the benefits of Omega-3s for heart and brain health, so I wanted to give this a try. The fact that it's enteric-coated is great because it means better absorption, which is key. I'm hoping to see some positive changes in my overall health. The 90 softgels are also a nice amount, and the price point is reasonable. I recommend it!
Good Product
This product has promising attributes and benefits. The capsules are large so if you're someone who has difficulty with swallowing large capsules it may be a challenge.
Clean supplements
I have been using Now Foods supplements for many years now as a way to add nutrients and support my cellular health. I like that they use recycled materials in their products and the supplements themselves are encapsulated in a vegan casing that is easily digestable.
