I am a new user of this product. My daughter and I both use it. It takes your make up off quite easily and the cost was extremely reasonable. As for the acne fighting agent I am not sure about since I don't have that issue whole my daughter has slight issues with acne this product has not made a difference (that we noticed anyway)
I would recommend this product if asked since its easy to use and does as it claims
