Hydration!

This is a re-purchase for me time and time again. A crohn's patient, sometimes I just need that hydration boost! Nuun Hydration tablets are available in many flavours and are quite affordable.

Cute portable package and tablets ( that can be halved) to put in your daily water bottle. Adds just the right amount of flavor for me and makes my water much less boring so I can drink much more than usual. A little electrolyte treat during my workout and they are only 15 calories each!

Upgrade your water at the gym

I've been using Nuun Sport for years now. It's my go to way to add electrolytes to water when I workout. They have a bunch of flavors and I Have yet to find one that I didn't like.

They keep me from getting headaches after super sweaty workouts like I sometimes do with plain water. The canister is small and easy to pop into my gym bag to take to the gym with me. I simply put one tablet into my water bottle and let it do it's thing until it's completely dissolved.
