Adds a beautiful glow to my face.

Sometimes it can be hard to find good face powders that aren't insanely expensive. NYC color wheel face powder definitely delivers and was only $4.99 at Walmart! I find it gives my face some nice bright colour without being too dark as I have very fair skin. It not only adds a bit of blush, but had some highlighter in there too. Wasn't looking for anything revolutionary when I bought this; just something to finish my makeup off with....and this definitely does that and more for a very affordable price.

Great price, great powder, not heavy pretty light weight, light medium coverage, great for spring summer.
It's nice as a blush or all over powder if you're paler, it's great packaging for a drugstore brand and great quality for cheaper, pretty pigmented.
