Too sheer

I was hoping for a pigmented dark rich liquid liner so I was a bit disappointed. It's a bit too sheer to my liking. It's also a bit too shiny when you do get an opaque color by going over your lines 2 or 3 times. The tip and the "pencil" itself is very nice and easy to control... something you appreciate when you want your winged eyes to look perfect!

Cheap drugstore buy - you get what you pay for!

I purchased this eyeliner for about 4 dollars at my local drugstore. This is a great eyeliner for everyday wear, but it is not longlasting. The application comes out streaky and more gray than black, which was the color I purchased. I needed to reapply my eyeliner throughout the day and clean up smudging around my outer corners. As well, the felt tip pen resembles more of a marker. This is not a great eyeliner for precision or fine details.

i feel like whenever i use this eyeliner, i'm using a kids paintbrush. its so hard to use properly and the eyeliner dosen't go on on one streak, there are always gaps

Eye liner-black tears

So I’ve been searching for a good eyeliner, came across this thought I’d try it out. Well it did go well. I found that it continuously ran. Anytime my eyes get the least watery it would run. By the end of the day I looked like a raccoon. Not the look I was going for.

Bought this eyeliner in extra black, I love the applicator, eyeliner goes on smooth and sleek looking, bold black colour and has fantastic wear all day long. I use it daily!! By far my fav eyeliner out there

I was looking for a new eyeliner and I decide to choose the NYC high definition based on the price. Deception :(
You don t get the beautiful black fine line but a faded one and you have to apply again and again... I don't think that I am going to give an other try because there's a lot of better other eyeliners.

wasn't good for me because the marker was too thick, so I barely used it. but its was alright. but a good price.

I love my eyeliner and wear I daily. This liquid liner was not a favorite of mine. It has a great tip but the color doesn't go on smoothly. It didn't go very dark and I had a hard time using it. Once its on it does last thru ought the day.

this eyeliner is amazing worth every penny but it runs easily

I swatched this on my hand and it looks great, but when I put it on it's watery and heavy. Then I blink a few times and I get black stuff in my eye! It's terrible and very irritating, not to mention how hard it is to get the black stuff out of my eye.
