This product is an excellent alternative to fish oil capsules which often have an aftertaste. O3mega liquid has a natural orange flavour so unlike any other fish oil supplements if you have an aftertaste it is orange instead of a fish...what could be better than that! Because it is in liquid format it is easy to swallow and can added to smoothies and other foods. This product contains pharmacautical grade fish oils that are tested to ensure that they do not contact any heavy metals (mercury). There are also no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. So, if you need to get those essential omega 3s this is a great way to do it. I would highly recommend this product. I had high blood pressure following a recent surgery and this was what was recommended to me, after a month of this product, blood pressure is back to normal...credited in part to this product by my doctor.
