Made from 100% organic edamame beans, this gluten-free noodle is rich in protein, fibre, and essential vitamins. Edamame, a superfood, offers a powerful nutritional boost with its high levels of antioxidants and nutrients.

Cooking Instructions: Add noodles to boiling water and simmer gently for 4-6 minutes (or until cooked through). Drain and rinse under running water. For pasta or stir-fries: Add your favourite sauce, seasoning, or stir-fry with vegetables and protein. For soups or ramen: Add cooked noodles to your soup or ramen broth and heat through.

    A healthier alternative to traditional pasta

    A very quick and easy to make high protein plant-based pasta, made only out of edamame. A natural green colour and light taste, not mushy or chalky. It is organic and gluten-free and can be added to soups, ramen, pasta dishes and more. Cooks in 4-6 minutes!

    A good alternative to wheat pasta

    While I don’t need to eat gluten free, an edamame pasta is a nice alternative to those who do need to. It had a good texture and chew. While it wasn’t my favorite, I did find it nice
