I just picked this up at my local grocery store last week. My hubby and son have dairy allergies and it's nice to have a spray around that adds a little flavor. I used this sometimes to cook but mostly when I am baking and need to spray pans or when I'm cooking bread and use it to spray on top to keep the crust softer. I will for sure buy it again :)
