I already bought the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches and honestly, I’m impressed! I had a few angry pimples pop up out of nowhere, and these patches calmed them down overnight. They stick well, even if you toss and turn in your sleep, and by morning, the redness and swelling were noticeably reduced. I also love that they’re super thin, so they don’t feel bulky or irritating on the skin.

Great pimple patch!

I tried this the other night this pimple patch really work! The next morning it was able to flatten out the pimple and took out the white pus in it. I like how it has two sizes you can choose depending on the size of your pimple. I highly recommend!

Does not disappoint!

PanOxyl does not disappoint! This sample came in such a timely matter: there was an angry pimple coming out and although it didn't disappear overnight, it did speed up the dreadful process. The hydrocolloid patch sucked up the pus and fluids and in the morning it wasn't as red and glaring as it typically would be. Thank you to @thisisbutterly and @panoxyl_ca for this opportunity!

Great overnight patches

This overnight acne patches worked great for my skin. Sometimes I do get breakouts due to oil and these patches did not give my sensitive skin any negative symptoms.

Not medicated

I use and love some of PanOxyl products. But this one wasn't for me.
When using a pimple pad I want it medicated. These are perfect for once your pimple pops , you put the little pad on and it soaks up all the yuck. Also good for pimple pickers.

Effective patches

Patches of different sizes helped coverage. Strong adhesive which makes it tough to remove. Not easy to use for someone like me, but my friend liked it.

AWFUL

had high hopes for the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches, but unfortunately, they were a complete letdown. Not only did the patch fail to shrink or remove the pimple I applied it on, but I also woke up with several new tiny pimples forming around the treated area. It seems like it clogged or irritated the surrounding skin rather than helping it heal. Definitely not the overnight miracle it claims to be—my skin looked worse, not better. I won’t be repurchasing.
