PanOxyl Acne Patches are a game changer.

Works very well

I have extremely oily skin and deal with adult acne, so most products don’t last on my skin especially when I’m sweating during physically demanding work. These acne stickers, however, actually stay on. Their slightly sticky texture helps them grip my skin all day, even through sweat and movement. They feel similar to pore strips in the way they seem to pull impurities out, which has been a huge plus for stubborn breakout areas.

They also do a great job camouflaging redness and blemishes, to the point where I’ve stopped wearing makeup over problem spots. Beyond just covering, they act like a protective barrier, preventing irritation and picking. That layer of protection has noticeably sped up healing far better than leaving acne exposed to the air.

To clear up a spot, I usually go through 2–3 patches over a couple of days. My routine in between each patch includes cleaning with rubbing alcohol wipes to remove residue, washing with Dove and tea tree oil soap, then using Oxy Salicylic Acid wipes before applying a fresh sticker. When I follow this, my breakouts heal in about 3 days, which is a major improvement for my skin.

Great product!

Used these overnight and a pimple that had been stubborn for a couple days finally went away! Worked way faster than any other product I have used. Definitely recommend.

Surprisingly Effective!!

After reading the pamphlet, I understood these to be the most beneficial overnight - and they're incredible. But I also put one on the other morning (I was working from home, so why not?) and I was surprised at how much 'gunk' it pulled to the surface just throughout the work day. My skin feels genuinely clearer after using these and I'm definitely going to be adding them into my regular rotation.

By far the best spot patches i've tried

I’ve tested quite a few spot patches over the last days and these are hands down the best ones.
Every time I use one overnight on a whitehead, I wake up to see a big difference: either it’s completely gone or the patch has pulled everything out.
They really stick well, stay in place all night, and you can see them working when you remove them in the morning.
