Does what it is supposed to do

I was given a free sample with Butterly to try. I used 4 patches over 4 nights (as shown in the photo attached). It did help draw out pus and decreased swelling overnight. I wasn't as quick as I had hoped, but it helped immensely. It stuck on well and didn't move at all. The way it removes the swelling and the pus is exactly what I like in acne patches. So I would definitely consider purchasing these ones!

Spot patches

Patches worked great with keeping my from picking. They were easy to use. They stayed on all night and I move a lot :) and didn’t leave any marks on my sensitive skin. Would 10/10 reccoment

These patches are amazing!

Got to try this amazing product to help with my acne. Ever since starting hormone therapy, i have been dealing with acne coming back and finding products that work have been somewhat of a struggle.

Butterly #butterly has given me the chance to try #panoxyl overnight spot patches and these really do work. Ibtried it last night and when I woke up the pimple was gone. Just a small blemish remained and it was great to see!

Overnight lifesaver

The PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patch is a super simple but very effective way to deal with blemishes. These little hydrocolloid patches work by drawing out the impurities while protecting the area from bacteria and picking. They’re thin and very comfortable to wear, even overnight, they stay in place without sliding off.
By morning, my spots often look flatter and less red, making them great for those occasional breakouts. While they won’t completely erase a deep pimple in one night, they noticeably speed up healing and prevent further irritation.
Overall, it’s an affordable, mess-free option for anyone who wants an easy overnight solution for blemishes.

Acne spots disappear overnight

I received PanOxyl PM Overnight patches for review. The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are amazing and quick at giving results for acne-free skin. My son had a pimple and I put the patch on it and it stayed on overnight. The next morning when I removed it, it was greatly diminished. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Not really an overnight fix, but still helps

I recently had the chance to try out the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches as part of a sample I received from Butterly, by Crown Labs(Canada). I was curious to see how well they would perform, especially since I've used other hydrocolloid patches in the past with mixed results.

I applied one patch over a developing pimple and left it on overnight for about 8 hours. In the morning, I noticed that the patch had drawn out some of the white pus from the spot — a clear sign that it was actively absorbing the fluid. That was a definite positive. The patch also stayed firmly in place throughout the night and was easy to remove without irritating the skin.

However, while it did help extract some of the buildup and kept the area clean, I didn’t see much improvement in terms of reducing redness, inflammation, or the overall size of the pimple after just one use. It didn’t "clear up" the spot completely overnight, so if you're expecting a miracle overnight fix, this might not deliver on that front.

That said, I do think these patches serve an important purpose. They create a protective barrier over your blemish, which helps prevent bacteria and dirt from getting in — and more importantly for me, it discourages picking at the spot (which we all know makes things worse). For that reason alone, I’d say they’re a helpful addition to any skincare routine, especially for those prone to touching or picking at their skin.

In summary, PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches are not a magical overnight cure, but they’re a reliable and hygienic way to treat active pimples, particularly those that are already coming to a head. I’ll continue to use them and see how they perform over multiple uses or with different types of blemishes.

Magic

This has worked better then any leading product that I've used before they stay on. They are good material, they come off easily once they have been on for the night, no sticky residue. They actually do what they say they do this hands down is a ten out of ten product.

I have a tendency to pick at my pimples and this product has helped me put a stop at it. They're comfortable and easy to wear and I find that it does help bring my swelling and redness down. Highly recommend!
