Good, but not so good

It is good as it helps prevent the touching of it, but i didn't see any results from it after keeping it overnight. I also like how they are almost transparent and you can barely feel them on your skin. But, again it doesn't do much except cover it from touching it.

I received the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. Tried the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches thanks to Butterly, and wow… these tiny circles are lifesavers. 💫 I love that it comes in two sizes a 9 and 12mm. They are latex-free, and free of paragons, sulfates and dyes which is goo for sesitive skin.
I just cleanse and dry my skin and then I popped one on a stubborn pimple before bed, and by morning the redness was down, the spot looked flatter, and it honestly kept me from picking (my worst habit 😅).
They’re clear, comfy, and stay put all night — and I love that they’re gentle with no fragrance or harsh ingredients. Perfect for those “uh-oh” moments when a breakout shows up right before an event.
Not a magic eraser for deep cystic pimples, but for surface breakouts and whiteheads? These work so fast. ✨

PanOxyl acne patches actually worked better than I expected. They’re thin, almost invisible, and stick really well—even if you wear them during the day. What I like the most is that they really help reduce redness and inflammation on active pimples. If you leave them on for about 6–8 hours, you can see how much they absorb and how much flatter the pimple looks afterward.

For deep, painful pimples, they don’t make them disappear overnight, but they do help calm the swelling a lot. On smaller or early-stage pimples, they’re super effective and speed up the healing process. They also keep you from picking at your skin.

No smell, no irritation, and they’re gentle enough for sensitive skin. The only downside is that you might need more than one patch for larger breakouts, but overall, they’re honestly one of the best acne patches I’ve tried.

Effective visible patch for pimples and breakout

Since I tried this product the Panoxyl PM Overnight spot patches I was impressed on how effective it is in reducing redness to the pimples and how convenient it is to use w our day to day life.

I use the patches overnight on spots and they work well to prevent it from getting any bigger and help speed up the healing time. They stay stuck all night. They are very sticky so be careful how quickly you remove them or it could hurt.
