Good alternative to regular micellar water

Perricone MD No:Rinse Micellar Cleansing treatment is supposed to be three in one treatment: micellar water, a cleanser and a toner. I use it only as micellar water. It removes the most stubborn make up really well. Also, it's thicker than regular micellar water and it takes time to saturate a cotton pad. My skin feel very hydrated after I clean it with No:Rinse Micellar Cleansing treatment. At the same time, I still use a cleanser afterwards because I don't think my skin is clean enough and ready for a serum and moisturizer. I have combination prone to acne aging skin and it's very important to keep it clean to avoid unnecessary break outs.
All in all, I like this product as an alternative to regular micellar water but find it pricey.
