Easy To Use - Hoping for More Shapes Soon

This pasta maker is smaller than my old one - and definitely more consistent with respect to noodle shape and forming.

It fits in my blender and food processor cabinet without taking up a lot of room (we *all* have those appliances we use occasionally), and it has a cool drawer within the machine that stores the pasta shape plates and cord - thus not taking up more room in my drawers.

I do wish that there were more shape plates - spaghetti, linguini, and penne are great, but I really would love lasagne or ravioli shapes to fill with my own meat mixes.

The recipe book included is meh - I found some great recipes online that have been simple and healthier, making this a twice a week usage appliance in our kitchen.

The machine makes enough noodles for the two of us (and lunch for me the next day) in under 20 minutes - so by the time the water has boiled and the sauce has thawed out from the freezer, the pasta is ready to boil.

After usage, the parts are easy to clean either by hand washing or dishwasher - I prefer handwashing, and Husband prefers to just put them in the dishwasher. I haven't noticed any scratches or damage from the dishwasher, which is always my concern with plastic parts.

Overall, if you like pasta, you'll LOVE fresh pasta - this is a great introduction to it, and you won't turn back to dry pasta ever again.
