Worst Design Ever

Previous Philips razor was far superior. This one shaves ok. The real problem is the shaving heads. One of the most inconvenient designs ever. One would reasonably expect to just pop in a replacement shaving head. But convenience was the last thing on the minds of the design team. Replacements are 3 separate heads which require amazing dexterity to replace. Seriously? Did you even have consumers test this product? Do the right thing and sell a pop-in replacement head. I mean really how much do those extra plastic pieces cost?
