Smoky Flavour

Excellent flavour. There’s a real smokiness to it. Definitely my favourite Plantropy product yet. The texture is a bit soft when the pepperoni is defrosted so it’s best to work quickly and carefully but the flavour is fantastic. I used it on pizza toast and made it twice just because once wasn’t enough. These are really good. Only feedback is I’d like a bit more chew to it.

Delicious pepperoni

I used the Plantropy Jackfruit Pepperoni to make a pizza! It is very easy to prepare, remove from the freezer and let them thaw for an hour and that’s it.
These are fully vegan and full of protein, free of cholesterol, rich in fibre, zero trans fat, soy, gluten, sugar and sulphite free
I liked how flavorful these are and how it gave our pizza a really great taste! I have tried a few jackfruit products before and I think this might be my favourite so far!

Lovely pizza topping!

Loved this topping! It had a nice chewy texture and it smelt unique! It also looks just like the real deal! My one year old gobbled it up when I added it as a pizza topping! Definitely recommend!

These did not disappoint.

We tried out the Plantropy Jackfruit Peperoni this weekend and it’s definitely earned a spot on our pizza night lineup! I’ve been vegetarian for over 20 years, so I love finding new plant-based options, and these did not disappoint.

The texture and flavor are spot on, plus they’re fully vegan, cholesterol-free, rich in fibre, and free of soy, gluten, sugar, and sulphites. Big win!

One box goes a long way (we even had leftovers for snacks later), and they’re super versatile, so you can crisp them up on a pizza, toss them in a sandwich, add to a salad, or even enjoy with crackers and cheese.

Delicious

Although I had a difficult time finding the product in my area, I was finally able to! I was a bit spectacle at first about using an alternative vegan option but was pleasantly surprised when we had a pizza night to try it out! The texture was great! Very similar to real pepperoni. I loved the taste, personally more than regular pepperoni!! My kids loved it too! It’s a definite fantastic alternative to regular meat pepperoni and we will be permanently switching to this brand.

🌱✨ Just tried this amazing jackfruit pepperoni and I’m absolutely blown away!

Made my favorite pizza roses with it (puff pastry + mayo + this pepperoni + cheese, rolled and baked) and the results were incredible 🔥

What I loved:
• Tastes just like real pepperoni
• Perfect for baking - holds its shape and flavor beautifully
• Clean ingredient list - sustainably grown jackfruit with natural spices
• Great for vegans and vegetarians alike

These pizza roses disappeared in minutes! 🌹 Can’t wait to try this pepperoni in pasta salads, quesadillas, and maybe even loaded potato skins 🤤

Just tried the Plantropy Vegan Jackfruit Pepperoni from Fortinos and I’m seriously impressed! 💚 This fully vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and sugar-free pepperoni is made from jackfruit — the largest and most fibrous fruit out there. No cholesterol, no trans fats, and packed with fiber? Yes, please.

What I love most is how versatile it is — I tossed it on a pizza and it crisped up perfectly. You could also fry it, grill it, or even throw it in a wrap. Definitely not just for pitas anymore 😉🔥

Love the smoky flavour

I received the @plantropylife Jackfruit Pepperoni product from @thisisbutterly in exchange for my honest review, and I was really curious to see how it would hold up in different settings. I decided to test it out during a little charcuterie board picnic in the park and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! We tried it straight out of the package, and while the texture was slightly softer than traditional pepperoni, the smoky, peppery flavor was bold and enjoyable. It held its own on the board alongside cheeses, crackers, and fruits.

I love that it’s plant-based and made from jackfruit, which is such a creative touch.

Most flavourful Vegan snack

This was one of the most unique and flavourful snack. I have tried. I never thought jackfruit could be that delicious but plantropy changed the game. And also saved me so much trouble of thinking about what to make for my guests who are vegetarian. I'm gonna feed them plantropy snacks and they're gonna love me.
Now I want to try the dumplings as well because I was so intrigued to try those.

Im pleasantly surprised

I am pleasantly surprised by this Jackfruit Pepperoni! I used it on my pizza, and it's honestly indistinguishable from meat pepperoni - very similar flavor, same texture! I also liked how well it crisps up. Sustainable, plant-based, and delicious are bonus points too!
