I usually use pantyliners and I was expecting pantyliners. You can imagine my surprise when I opened up the packet and found a heavy-flow menstrual pad type of thing. I can't remember the last time I used the traditional mattress-thick menstrual pads . So you can understand why I was totally repulsed by it. But I told myself that I'll try it for at least a few hours. If I don't like it, I don't like it. No harm done.

As soon as I got the pad on, I thought, "Wow! This is awesome! I don't feel a thing!!!" And all day long, it felt invisible, like I wasn't wearing anything but underwear. I can even say it's more comfortable than my regular pantyliners!! More comfortable than my ultra-thin pads.

I really like this. The only reason it didn't get full marks is the price. This is certainly much more than I normally pay for pantyliners and pads. So $25 for this package isn't great price but for the quality, it might be worth it!

I have to say that i was definately impressed with these Poise Hourglass Pads.......They were comfortable, easy to use, and extremely effective. They were more effetive in managing my LBL then my previous method. I felt confident with every sneeze and laugh that these would keep my little secret secret :) I will be purchasing these in the future and will be telling my friends about my experience. The only negative was, that i was hoping they would be scented.

I was so happy when I got the e mail stating that I was going to be picked for the poise product review!! I received them in the mail and tried them right away. I love how they feel as well as the way it absorbs. The pad it very soft and feels nice when I am wearing one. I am now stuck on these pads and will be using them in the future. I used other pads and tied to see which ones are best for me. I will and am going to be recommending these to my friends. Thank you chick adviser for helping me find the right pad for me !

I was given Poise Hourglass Pads by ChickAdvisor to try.

In the past I had only used menstrual pads for any bladder leaks I had experienced as I assumed that any products for bladder problems would be oversized and bulky.

I usually have bladder leaks when I do high impact aerobics. I could not drink anything before a workout because I would be sure to leak. This is not good as you need to be well hydrated when exercising. I decided to try the Poise pads during a workout. Upon first opening the package, I noticed that the pads were very similar to menstrual pads, but had a nice curve and wall around the sides. They had a little bulk, but were not as big as what I had expected. The pads felt comfortable, they had a nice fabric like feel to them.
All the leaks I had during my workout were absorbed quickly. The pads stayed in place for the whole workout and was comfortable for the whole duration.

I am really satisfied with these Pads. They fit well, they absorb well and stay in place. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who has mild to moderate bladder leakage. I will keep using Poise Hourglass Pads for my leakages rather than using menstrual pads.

Thank you for letting me try this product. The Poise Hourglass Pads have a lot going for them. I really liked the contoured shape which suits the cut of ladies underwear and the natural curves of my thighs. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and really like having the extra bladder protection with my big baby constantly sitting on my bladder. Feminine hygeine pads just don't have the same quality of protection that these Poise pads do. I'll be honest, I have not kept up well with my keigel exercises so thanks to Poise I have the bladder protection that I need.

I have been wearing Poise pads for a couple of years now. I just switched over from wearing Poise Ultimate Long pads. In a very short time I have already grown to love my new Poise Hourglass Shaped Pads! I really like that they are shaped to suit my body and I feel much more secure throughout my busy days and at night. Great call Poise for coming out with this product!! The absorbancy is unmatched and I also really appreciate the more feminine floral detail instead of just having them plain white.

First off, let me say how awesome it was to get a FULL PACK of these in the mail! I did NOT expect that!

This pads are AMAZING! The hourglass shape is very comfortable to wear, they have great absorbency, and they are not bulky. As a young mom who has lost a lot of my bladder control with my last child, these work great without making me feel 'aged' because I am using a bladder control product!

My one 'complaint' would be that they are expensive, but for the quality, they are worth it!!

Poise new hourglass shaped pads have a contour shape to fit you better. They have a triple layer core that helps you feel confident you won’t have a leak and they keep any smell that may occur away. The flexible leak shields along both sides also help you to know they won’t leak through the sides and down your legs. They are pretty comfortable to wear all day long and are strong enough if you have a sudden unexpected flow like I did. I have had a bad cold for three weeks now and the first day I tried the new Poise hourglass shaped pads I was so happy I was wearing it!! I was out with my husband shopping when a coughing fit hit me. It felt like everything let go and I was expecting to standing in the middle of Costco with wet pants and no where to hide. Thankfully the Poise pads did the job they said they would and I was as dry as could be. Still sick, but dry! I was so thankful to be dry that I can’t even put it into words! After this had happen I though I was going to feel like I was wearing a wet diaper until we made our way home, but that wasn’t the case. The pad pulled all the wetness away from me and I was comfortable enough to finish our outing with out having to ask to go home and change. Later that day I had a laughing fit and again everything let go on me, but this time I wasn’t in a panic because I knew the Poise pad would do the job they climbed they would do. I found the Poise hourglass shape pads to be way better then using a regular pad for your LBL. I will be buying more of them and if you have LBL you should give Poise hourglass shaped pads a try too. I’m sure you’ll love them as much as I do now. Thanks Ladies for letting me give them a try. They saved me and my husband a lot of embarrassment!

I was asked to review this product for the review club and recieved the product last week. I admit at first I was a little unsure as the pads are bulkier than the normal pads I wear but I was suprised how well the adhere to underwear and I never felt them at all. I have had no leaks and the pads block odour and wetness so you feel nothing but dry. The only one drawback is the price, this is a little more expensive than what I pay for the pads I am using but considering the effectiveness of the product, I may overlook that drawback. I am also hoping to find a little bit longer of a pad for my own piece of mind. All in all this is a great product. I would recommend them.
