This pancake mix comes together beautifully, I used applesauce instead of butter with no effect to mixture. Use it for pancakes or waffles only. It was hard to heat regulate for muffin/ cookie mixture. Tastes delicious. I sprinkled bacon bits( for others) , chop chips and walnuts, and sliced strawberries in various muffins/ cookies.
