Promensil menopause

I have tried this product and have been taking it for a couple of weeks and really can’t tell the difference between my hot flashes very so frequently instead of all the time I really like this product I recommend you try for women with menopause. I had no side effects with it or no upset stomach, recommend you try it

Too early to tell

Only took these for a month and didnt really see much of a difference. They are easy to take and are packaged nicely. There's not a funny smell like most.

Great product

My sweats reduced significantly but I still was itchy and unruly hot and sweaty. I think more than 30 days would result in more successfulness. Overall I had relief 😌

Not for me

I really wanted Promensil to help with my menopause symptoms, especially the hot flashes. Unfortunately, it ended up making things worse. After starting the Double Strength tablets, I noticed I was having more hot flashes than before, and I felt warmer all the time—even when the temperature was cool. It was uncomfortable and frustrating.

I stuck with it for a while, hoping my body would adjust, but the symptoms didn’t improve. In fact, they became more intense. Once I stopped taking the tablets, I started feeling more like myself again.

I know this product works for some people, but it wasn’t right for me. If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d suggest talking to your doctor first or starting with a lower dose to see how your body reacts.

My package came damaged but i was still able to experience the tabs. I can say that my stomach didn't agree with this formula, but I stuck with it and now can say that promensil menopause tabs helped slightly with my night sweats.

Definitely helps

I have used this product for a few week and have seen a positive difference in my hot flashes and night sweats while I am going through perimenopause. While it won’t get ride of symptoms completely it does have an impact in making life not so hot and sweaty!

Promensil Doesn't Promise much

I had really high hopes for this product Easy to digest and hoped it would live up to the hype of helping withe night sweets etc. Sadly, it didn't do anything that a cold shower could not take care of

Decent product

I took it for the 30 days and I’m not sure if I noticed any difference. I feel like if I used it longer I might see more results. I’m going to say maybe my night sweats weren’t as bad. But I can be totally for sure. I may buy more and continue to see how it really affects me.
