Didn’t work for me

I was so excited to get this product as I am 45 and currently perimenopausal. My symptoms are hot flashes, severely decreased libido and thinning hair. I had very high hopes for this as an alternative to starting HRT. But, after taking the samples religiously for 30 days, I don’t notice any improvement in symptoms. My symptoms definitely didn’t worsen but they didn’t lighten up. I understand every body is different and hopefully these supplements have helped a lot of women. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t one of those women.

I received this product. I followed directions and took it daily, unfortunately, I did not see a difference in my night sweats I would not recommend, and I won’t buy in the future. );

Promensil double strength menopause support tablet

I was so excited to try this due to hot flashes and night sweats. However I could never tell any difference after taking. Thus didn't work for me,maybe it will for others.

Didn't work for me

I followed the instructions, but I was still woken at night with hot flashes and sweating, the first few days I had stomach cramps, I had to use the bathroom more frequently as well. I hope it helps someone, sadly it didn't work for me. My menopause is just so miserable...

Not for me

I really wanted Promensil to help with my menopause symptoms, especially the hot flashes. Unfortunately, it ended up making things worse. After starting the Double Strength tablets, I noticed I was having more hot flashes than before, and I felt warmer all the time—even when the temperature was cool. It was uncomfortable and frustrating.

I stuck with it for a while, hoping my body would adjust, but the symptoms didn’t improve. In fact, they became more intense. Once I stopped taking the tablets, I started feeling more like myself again.

I know this product works for some people, but it wasn’t right for me. If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d suggest talking to your doctor first or starting with a lower dose to see how your body reacts.

Red Clover Doesn't Work For Me

Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets sounded like a unique product and I was given a free 30-day supply to use and review. While I'd previously been using other herbal products to help with hot flashes and night sweats, this red-clover based item seemed fabulous; but red clover does not work for everyone (nothing does) and I am part of that group. Would I recommend this to a friend? Maybe, but with the caveat that it was not helpful to moi. Additionally, the box claims that one will probably "notice a difference in 6-8 weeks" and nobody got time for that

Didn't work for me

It didn't seem to work for me at all. Maybe I need to take it longer than the supply that was sent to me but my hot flashes got worse and I got severe cramps. I couldn't sleep. It was pretty much just like not taking anything at all. But just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for someone else.

I've been taking Promensil Double Strength for a few weeks, hoping it would help with my menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, l haven't noticed much of a difference. I'm still having restless nights and getting hot flashes on and off. I was really hoping for some relief, but this just didn't work for me. Everyone's body is different, but I personally didn't see the results I was looking for. However, I only tried this for a month so maybe I need to take it longer to see any effectiveness.

Not beneficial to me

While this is a great product thought, it did not help me with my hot flashes or night sweats. If anything it seemed to make them worse. I seemed to experience more hot flashes than normal.
