Didn't really notice a difference

I tried Promensil, but didn't really see any difference in my peri-menopausal symptoms. I really hoped it would be effective, but no luck. I would still recommend for others to try it as perhaps, it may be helpful for others further along in their menopausal journey. I did not feel any negative side effects. It is easily swallowed & doesn't leave a bad taste.

Unable to properly review

I am unable to properly review this because I can't take tablets. I can't swallow pills, so I have been unable to test or review this product. I am also not menopausal yet. Only pre-menopausal. And I may have medical conditions doctors refuse to diagnose, even when all signs point to those conditions, and I don't want to take something that might make things worse. Therefore, I cannot properly review this product.

Great Find

This is a great product. I would buy it as well as recommend it. It works. It helped me with many symptoms as well as helped me sleep. I wish I had more.

Strange after taste

I am not a fan of the smell and taste. I could not get past the after taste of the pill. I also had no changes in how I was feeling. I would not recommend if you gave sensitive taste buds

Menopause help

I tried this out to see what it would do for me. I followed the instructions exactly. I didn't see much difference in my symptoms. I will say I had less symptoms when I did take it. I guess it didn't work well with my body as I am doing a job on a night shift which might not help things. I recieved this product through Butterly for testing and review purposes.

No noticable difference

I did not notice any difference at all with the hot flashes . However I did notice a significant difference in the other symptoms. Ie the night sweats and the bad dreams. I feel a bit better . I would recommend this product.

I don't think it works

I tried this product for a month and I don't think it works. I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago, so I'm newer to menopause but not the hot flashes. I used this product every day and it did not really help with my hot flashes. I did not notice a change in any of my other symptoms.

Not Very Effective

Promensil Double Strength menopause comes in cute packaging, with 30 servings included. It was very simple to take the one tablet dose. I didn't really feel any difference after taking this supplement for its entirety, so honestly I don't see myself putchasing or passing on this product to a loved one.

Not real effective

I was sent Promensil in exchange for my honest opinion. I have pretty severe hot flashes and I was hoping that this Promensil would help but unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference in severity or frequency. I used the whole box. I have heard that it could take a few months to notice results, but I do not think that I will keep taking it.
